Agribusiness
The correct use of agrochemicals is fundamental for modern agriculture. It’s a delicate balancing act that requires speed, attention and precision. Introducing the right chemicals in the right amounts to the right places at the right time is an ongoing challenge for farmers. Too high a concentration in one place can lead to unnecessary costs and lower production quality. Too low a concentration can leave crops exposed and negatively affect yield. As a result, Accore is currently involved in two important projects.
ByCrop – Selective spraying of herbicides
ByCrop is a selective spraying system, with weed identification through computer vision and deep neural network, with potential use in different crops. The project is financed through non-refundable resources offered by FINEP.
Advantages of our technology:
- Identification and individual classification of weeds;
- Green on green application;
- Recognition and application in real time;
- Reduction of the volume of applied herbicide;
- Reduction of environmental impacts;
- Reduction of production costs.

Drone spraying of herbicides
The project is developing technology for the selective spraying of herbicides using drones. This initiative is financed by the RITEs/FAPERGS program and is carried out jointly with universities and companies in Rio Grande do Sul.
Drones are well-established tools in the agricultural sector. They make it possible to stimulate the productivity of farms thanks to specific aerial data. But in addition to collecting essential crop health information and creating detailed NDVI and RGB maps, flying robots play an active role in day-to-day operations. Powerful, automated spray drones can help farmers reduce costs and work smarter. Spray drones are used for the application of:
- fertilizers
- herbicides
- pesticides
- fungicides
- Seeds and much more.
And they do it more economically, faster and more accurately than traditional methods.
Industry
Specialized sensors
The application of IoT in industry enables the use of specialized sensors as a key factor to improve production and the quality of the products produced.
In this context, ACCORE has an IoT sensor platform designed to collect, process and transmit data that enables monitoring and the application of corrective actions in the process. Creating innovative projects is what moves us and delivering innovative solutions of excellence is what elevates our customers’ competitive advantage.
Key features of IoT projects:
- Periodic measurement of process parameters;
- Collaboration between IoT devices;
- Transmission of process data to the cloud.
Projects applied with data
Valuable insights for future decisions are often hidden in the company’s existing data. To gain these insights, complex structured data from a wide variety of sources must be specifically merged and linked or validated.
With extensive knowledge of a wide range of database systems – classical and noSQL relational databases, graph and cloud-based databases – Accore creates systems precisely tailored to its clients’ requirements and data. The most suitable database systems for the respective application are used to store the new data structures. Based on this, complex business processes along the value chain can be mapped.
In addition, Accore has several experts in the areas of logistics, industrial applications, medical technology, data analytics and AI. With this domain know-how, a value-added multiple can be generated from the merged data, for example in the form of optimization (optimization of loading, production, rough or detailed planning,…), digital twin or predictive maintenance.
